A foil laminated heater is a low-cost, highly flexible heating element. It is made by laminating a resistance wire heating element between two sheets of a substrate such as foil, Polyimide, or Silicone. The foil has an adhesive that bonds the two sides of the foil, as well as the heating element wire, securely in place. They can be built to be moisture resistant for use in a wide range of applications.

At JenTer, we provide our customers with foil laminated heaters that are built to operate in maximum temperatures of approximately 600°F to -40°F. Various build considerations determine the specific range. Moisture resilient silicone heaters work for ranges up to approximately 450°F.
